At Grad Essential, we understand how important timing is when it comes to graduation. Our goal is to ensure your order is carefully prepared and delivered within the expected timeframe.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically prepared and shipped from our facility within 5–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery generally takes an additional 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

How Delivery Time Works

Your total delivery time includes two parts:

• Processing Time:
  The time needed to verify, prepare, and package your order before it leaves our warehouse.

• Transit Time:
  The time it takes for the carrier to deliver your order after shipment.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are based on these combined timelines.

Shipping Methods

We ship most orders using UPS, USPS OR FEDEX, reputable carriers selected for their reliability and efficiency.
