At Grad Essential, all items sold are final sale. Due to the nature of graduation regalia and event-specific apparel, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details before completing checkout.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns for any reason, including incorrect sizing, change of mind, or delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers.
We do not offer exchanges once an order has been processed or delivered.
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos showing the issue
After review, we may offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.
Important Notes
Items reported outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect sizing selection or inaccurate shipping information provided at checkout.
